At Greenbrier Dental Excellence, we believe that quality dental care should be accessible and affordable for everyone. We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate your financial needs and ensure you receive the care you deserve.

Payment Methods

• Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express.
• Insurance Claims: As a courtesy, we file insurance claims on your behalf. We require a minimum of 50% of the treatment cost plus your deductible at the time of service. We work with your insurance carrier to maximize benefits.
• Monthly Payment Plans: Available through third-party financing, offering flexible payment options, no interest if paid in full, and no annual fees or pre-payment penalties. Subject to credit approval.
• Terms:  Upon scheduling, 100% of portion due must be collected.

Membership Savings Plans

Maximize your savings and dental health with our membership plans, designed for different needs and age groups.

1. Adult Membership (13 and Older)

• Cost: $39.00/month + $99 Lifetime Activation Fee (includes first month)
• Savings: Save at least $298.76 a year!
• Includes: 2 professional cleanings, 1-2 doctor exams, necessary x-rays*, emergency exam, 15% off other treatments (exclusions apply). For regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

2. Perio Membership (Periodontal Disease)

• Cost: $91.00/month + $99 Lifetime Activation Fee (includes first month)
• Savings: Save at least $206.04 a year!
• Includes: 3-4 perio maintenance cleanings, 1-2 doctor exams, necessary x-rays*, emergency exam, 15% off other treatments (exclusions apply). For active periodontal maintenance.

3. Child Membership (12 and Younger)

• Cost: $32.00/month + $99 Lifetime Activation Fee (includes first month)
• Savings: Save at least $274.88 a year!
• Includes: 2 professional cleanings, 1-2 doctor exams, necessary x-rays*, emergency exam, fluoride treatment, 15% off other treatments (exclusions apply).
